​THE VILLAGE OF NORTH LEWISBURG COUNCIL HAS DECLARED MAY 11th THRU MAY 17TH, 2025 AS SPRING CLEAN UP WEEK BY OHIO GENERAL CODE # 521-08. 

FREE COMMUNITY YARD SALES ON MAY 16,17,18. NO PERMIT REQUIRED.
 
All residents, property owners and business places are urged to comply and work to beautify their properties by removing unsightly debris, trash and junk vehicles.

Dumpsters will be placed at the Village Garage located on East St. from FRIDAY MORNING MAY 16th thru SATURDAY MORNING MAY 17th. Residents will be allowed to place items in the dumpsters from 8 AM – 3 PM (or until Dumpsters are full). 

AS ALWAYS, PER THE VILLAGE OF NORTH LEWISBURG CONTRACT WITH REPUBLIC SERVICES, YOU MAY CALL REPUBLIC SERVICES AT 937-593-3566, FOR A 1 TIME PER MONTH LARGE ITEM PICK UP AND HAVE UNLIMITED BAGS DURING YOUR REGULAR SERVICE TIMES.

RESIDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FURNISH VERIFICATION OF RESIDENCY SUCH AS A WATER BILL STUB.
ANYONE OTHER THAN VILLAGE RESIDENTS USING THE DUMPSTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED.

The Village of North Lewisburg Ohio will hold a public budget and finance meeting at 6pm on Tuesday March 25, 2025 to present and discuss the annual appropriations.  We will hold a special Council Session on 3-25-2025 at 6:30 pm to motion on the 2025 Annual Appropriations.  The meetings will be held at 60 E. The Village of North Lewisburg Ohio is accepting applications for a level one water operator position.  A level 2 wastewater is also desired but the Village will consider less wastewater experience.  The salary range is $28.-$33. per hour based on experience and certification.  The position is a local government position offering OPERS, health, dental, and life insurance.  Please submit applications to The Village of North Lewisburg 60 E. North Lewisburg has contracted with A-1 Pest Doctors to fog for mosquitoes throughout town.  The normal fogging day will be on FRIDAY  after 10:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. with the following Saturday being the alternate day in case of bad weather. Citizens may desire to close windows, shut off air conditioners, and bring in pets.
