​1. The November 2025 Council Meeting has been moved from Tuesday November 11th to Wednesday November 12 due to Veterans Day.
 
2. The Village is currently in the process of renewing the garbage hauling contract.  We anticipate a rate increase to $22.30 per month per dwelling.  
 
A reminder that all trash is to be placed into containers.  They can refuse to pick up bagged trash.  
 
Residents are entitled to one wheeled garbage cart per the contract at no charge.  Please contact The Village at 937-747-3645 to obtain a cart.  
 
Customers 65 years of age or older are eligible for a 10% garbage hauling discount.  Please contact Allied at 937-593-3566 to obtain the discount.

The North Lewisburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on an Application for a variance request for a room addition within the front setback in a R2 district at 76 West St. North Lewisburg, OH 43060 on the 4th of June, 2025 at 6:00 P.M.

The attached Limited Environmental Review (LER) is for a wastewater project in North Lewisburg which the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) intends to finance through its Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) below-market interest rate revolving loan program. The LER describes the project, costs, and expected environmental benefits. Making available this LER fulfills the Ohio EPA’s environmental review and public notice requirements for this loan program.

Ohio EPA analyzes environmental effects of proposed projects as part of its program review and approval process. We have concluded that the proposed project should not result in significant adverse environmental impacts. In accordance with Ohio Administrative Code 3745-150-05, this project meets the criteria for an LER rather than the more comprehensive Environmental Assessment. More information can be obtained by contacting the person named at the end of the attached LER.

​Upon issuance of this Final Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) determination, award of funds may proceed without further environmental review or public comment unless new information shows that environmental conditions of the proposed project have changed significantly.
