In the event of a power failure of 2+ hours during the upcoming cold snap, the Mayor will open the Municipal Building at 60 E Maple St as a warming center.
Please be sure to heat tape and insulate your pipes. The continuous running of water is discouraged. The volume produced will over run our wastewater plant.

Winter Reminder: Vehicles Must Be Removed from Streets and Alleys if Snowfall Exceeds 2 Inches12/12/2024 The Village of North Lewisburg Ordinance 242 requires all vehicles to be removed from streets and alleys if the snow fall exceeds two inches. This will last for 48 hours following the snow fall. This is to allow for complete clearing of streets and alleys. Thanks for your attention regarding this matter.
The Finance Committee will meet at 6pm on Tuesday, December 10, 2024. This will be prior to the 6:30 pm scheduled Council Meeting.
Section 5.02 of The Villages Code book requires that all garbage be placed in sealed metal or plastic receptacles. The Village refuge contract provides a free 96er cart for no charge. These are great carts with wheels, it also provides easy loading for the driver. Please contact the Village to order a cart at 937-747-3645.
