The Village Council of North Lewisburg Ohio will hold a special session on Thursday October 16, 2025 6:00pm at The Municipal Building located at 60 E Maple St. The purpose of the session will be to hear and potentially motion on proposed Resolution 10-14-2025 Iron Filter Rebuild and Aerator Decommissioning and Resolution 10-14-2025(A) WWTP Membrane Phase 2. The Village of North Lewisburg will hold public readings on 10/14/25, 11/10/25, and 12/9/25 at 6:30pm regarding a potential definition change to its Zoning Regulations for Dwelling Manufactured Housing on pages 5 and 6 of the Zoning Regulations. The readings will take place during the Villages scheduled Council Meetings at 60 E. Maple St North Lewisburg Ohio. The Village of North Lewisburg will hold public hearings, as recommended by its Planning Commission, to discuss potential zoning map changes at the 8-12-2025, 9-9-2025, and 10-14-2025 Council Meetings. 1. The November 2025 Council Meeting has been moved from Tuesday November 11th to Wednesday November 12 due to Veterans Day.
2. The Village is currently in the process of renewing the garbage hauling contract. We anticipate a rate increase to $22.30 per month per dwelling. A reminder that all trash is to be placed into containers. They can refuse to pick up bagged trash. Residents are entitled to one wheeled garbage cart per the contract at no charge. Please contact The Village at 937-747-3645 to obtain a cart. Customers 65 years of age or older are eligible for a 10% garbage hauling discount. Please contact Allied at 937-593-3566 to obtain the discount. |
